Natural Relief

headaches busterFor those who unfortunately suffer from migraine headaches, there are some useful herbal natural remedies for curing this headache. Here are some things you can try. Remember that some may not work for you, as others will. It all really depends on the person. If one doesn’t work, try another. That’s just the way it is. All these remedies have been tried and proven to work.

  • Pepperment oils. You should lay down and apply the oil on your forehead or neck line. Turn on a fan and rest for about a half hour and your headache should be gone. Headache Buster, as seen on Dr. Oz, is a nasal spray containing natural peppermint oil
  • Lemon crusts. Make a fine paste and apply to the forehead.
  • Grape consumption. Drinking natural ripe juices without adding any water is very effective.  You can eat the fruits in a fruit salad or just drink a glass of grapes extract.
  • Cabbage Leaf Compress. Crush a few cabbage leaves, steam the leaves, and wrap in a cloth. Apply on your forehead. If the leaves dry out, get some fresh ones.
  • Niacin. This contains yeast, whole wheat, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, nuts, sunflowers seeds, live and fish. Niacin is a vitamin and is helpful in removing harmful toxins and chemicals in the body.
  • Combination of vegetable juices. You can use a mixture of carrot juice, cucumber juice, and beet and spinach juice helps to cure a headache with an instant effect.  2:3:1:3
  • Ginger tea works great for a migraine in the front of your head
  • Reduce your consumption of sugar, meat and dairy products, refined foods, caffeine, alcohol, sodas, and salt.
  • Drink alot of water and eat more fibers, vegetables, whole grains and vegetable proteins.
  • Hot oil head massage

Cleansing your body of toxins is important for the effective relief of a migraine headache. You can fast on orange juice and water for a couple of days.

A hot bath or cloth applied to the forehead will go a long way in relieving migraine pressure. Remember to exercise regularly and take frequent brisk walks to help relieve tension
